BWS-100/7 cement grout pump is a new member of our grouting pump family developed on the basis of years of cement grout pump manufacturing experience and by bringing in, absorbing and upgrading sophisticated technology of high-viscosity pump in China and abroad. This grouting pump is engineered to:
1. Grout karst caves and dam cracks of reservoirs and river channels.
2. Grout anchor rods.
3. Grout tunnels.
4. Grout underground diaphragm walls.
5. Grout road and bridge borders of highways.
6. Convey solid-liquid mixtures with relatively high concentration.

Features

1. Large flow channel effectively avoids blocking of large particles.
2. The cement grout pump is mounted on the turning roller to facilitate moving of the pump.
3. Adjustable pressure-limiting unloading valve structure limits the pressure between 0.5 and 7 MPa. Users can adjust the valve to the required pressure limit according to actual grouting practice. After setting the pressure of grouting, open the unloading valve and grouts will return to the pulp chest to avoid overpressure and influence the engineering quality as well as protect the equipment and piping.
4. Two suction inlets with the main inlet for sucking cement mortar and the secondary inlet for sucking water. If the cement grout pump shuts down for a long time, users can open the water valve to clean the flow channel at any time and avoid blocking the pump caused by deposition. This dual suction structure is also suitable for certain dual-liquid grouting applications.
5. Multi-layer sealing and steel valve with extreme hardness greatly extend the service life of high wear parts.
6. With excellent suction capacity and carrying capacity, large particles (7 mm / total content less than 5%) can be smoothly delivered.
