XD-6 hydraulic drilling rig is a hydraulic power head core drill developed especially for surface coring of solid mineral resources. It is well suited to a number of highly-effective drilling applications, including diamond core drilling, rotary percussion drilling, directional drilling, reverse circulation continuous sampling, etc. In addition, this hydraulic drilling rig is perfect for water well drilling, anchor drilling, engineering geological drilling.

The main parts of this hydraulic power head core drill includes trailer or truck chassis, diesel engine, hydraulic system, control system, drill tower, main winch, wire-line coring winch, power head, power head feed system and wellhead holder. With electro-hydraulic control, the efficiency, accuracy and safety of this hydraulic drilling rig are significantly improved.

Features

1. Modular design facilitates assembly and disassembly.
2. A wide rotational speed range (4 speeds) is available for this hydraulic power head core drill to satisfy demands of a number of drilling applications, especially diamond coring drill. The rotational speed can realize 0 to 1250 stepless speed regulation, allowing wide speed range and large torque.
3. Connecting rod reinforcement spring clamp and hydraulic chuck enjoy large clamping force, long service life and reliable performance.
4. 3.2-meter feed stroke of this hydraulic drilling rig facilitates to improve drilling efficiency. Complete meters and gauges help to control conditions of the rig and hole, reducing drilling accidents.
5. Major parts, including hydraulic pump, motor, control valve, etc. are imported from abroad or purchased from qualified leading brands in China. High accuracy of parts ensures reliability of equipment.
6. Identical and interchangeable parts help to improve management and cost efficiency.
7. Hydraulic system is sealed with new structure to ensure reliability of this hydraulic power head core drill. Hydraulic-driven mud pump and grouting pump allow no need of other auxiliary power in the process of drilling.
